Columbus Chill Youth Hockey Association (CCYHA) is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Schottenstein Roofing, Ohio’s fastest growing roofing company as well as a Proud Partner of the Columbus Blue Jackets! This collaboration underscores our shared commitment to the growth and development of youth hockey players in central Ohio. 

CCYHA has a proud history of fostering youth athletes and this partnership with Schottenstein Roofing represents an exciting opportunity to enhance our efforts. As part of this effort, we are asking parents to nominate their CCYHA player to be considered as the Schottenstein Roofing CCYHA Player of the week during this hockey season.

Please note, as part of the nomination process, you will be required to submit two photos - one hockey photo and one school/non-hockey photo which can be uploaded so please have them available when completing this form.
