CCYHA Board Elections
The CCYHA Board would like to thank those members who have submitted nomination forms for our 3 opening positions. The candidates are listed below. Please take time time to review their nomination form before voting (see links below)
Once again the CCYHA Board elections will be held electronically.
Each family in good standing has one vote per current player (i.e. you must have at least one child registered in a CCYHA program for the 2025-2026 season and all fees paid in full). For example, if you have two current players, then your family will receives two votes.
One email ballot will be sent ONLY TO THE PRIMARY GUARDIAN LISTED for each player. (if you have more than one player, you will received multiple emails). If for some reason you did not receive your email ballot by tomorrow, please contact ccyhainfo@gmail.com. The election is anonymous. We cannot change a vote after it has been cast. We are only able to review the emails and determine whether or not a vote has already been cast. Each player has a unique voter key and thus each ballot can only be cast once.
Voting will be available until Saturday March 1 11:59 PM.
The list will be posted after all nominees have been contacted with the results.
