CCYHA Events
CCYHA has historically hosted special events to bring the organization together outside of our normal team activities and as the landscape of recreation hockey changes, will continue to find opportunities to connect with our recreation players and families. With the popularity of our Mite & Squirt Jamboree last season, CCYHA is pleased to announce the Jamboree is back for the 3rd year!
The Jamboree does not conflict with the regular season programming offered by the Blue Jackets Hockey League and will be open to ALL 8U Mite (2017 & 2018 birth year) and 10U Squirt (2015 & 2016 birth year).
We encourage families to check back for other opportunities throughout the season to continue your player's development

Event Details
Each team will play three games (two 20-minute running time halves).
Teams will be randomly selected in an effort to balance competition level and provide a fun day of hockey.
The goal of the event is a fun-filled day of hockey, while parents and players can learn more about CCYHA, our partners, and plans for the 2026-2027 travel hockey season.
Coaches, players, and board members will be on-hand to answer questions families may have as they prepare for the upcoming hockey season!
Additional Information
MITE JAMBOREE: Open to 7 and 8 year-old players who have completed at least Learn to Play 3 or currently participating in the Blue Jackets Hockey League or a Battery hockey team. Birth years of players should be 2017 or 2018.
SQUIRT JAMBOREE: Open to 9- and 10- year old players who have completed at least Learn to Play 3, currently participating in the Blue Jackets Hockey League, Battery hockey team or Squirt Travel Hockey. Birth years of players should be 2015 or 2016.
COST: The cost per player is $50, which includes the player's registration and a jersey.
